In general, chips smaller than a quarter (25mm) and cracks shorter than 15cm can be repaired — provided they don't penetrate both layers of laminated glass and aren't in the driver's direct line of vision. Most comprehensive auto insurance policies in Ontario cover windshield glass damage with no deductible — meaning it costs you nothing out of pocket. We work directly with Intact, Aviva, TD Insurance, Economical, Wawanesa, and all major Canadian insurers. Just let us know when you request a quote and we'll take care of the claim for you.

Most standard replacements take 60–90 minutes on-site. After that, you'll need to wait a safe-drive-away time of approximately 1 hour before driving — this allows the urethane adhesive to cure to a safe level. We'll give you the exact time for your vehicle when we arrive.

Absolutely. We offer both options — you can drop your vehicle off at our shop, or one of our technicians will come to you at home, your office, a parking lot, or anywhere else within our service area. Whatever is more convenient for you works for us.

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) glass is the same glass made by the original supplier for your vehicle's factory assembly. OEE (Original Equipment Equivalent) glass meets the same specifications but is produced by a third-party manufacturer — it's slightly more affordable and meets all Canadian safety standards. We'll discuss which option is right for your vehicle and budget during your quote.

Not at all — we're fully equipped to handle ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) recalibration. After replacing the windshield on a camera-equipped vehicle, the forward-facing camera needs to be re-calibrated so features like lane departure warning, automatic emergency braking, and adaptive cruise control function correctly. We offer static and dynamic recalibration and test all systems before we leave.

Every replacement comes with a lifetime warranty on leaks and installation defects — for as long as you own the vehicle. Glass defects are covered for 1 year. Chip repairs are backed by a satisfaction guarantee: if it cracks after the repair, we apply the repair cost toward a full replacement. We also offer a 30-day ADAS recalibration warranty.
